Executive Summary
In preparation for UEFA EURO 2008, Austria launched a nationwide engagement initiative designed to increase public participation, strengthen national visibility, and create lasting value before and during one of Europe's largest sporting events.
Executive leadership was engaged to co-build and operate the national program organization, establish governance structures, manage public funding, coordinate a highly diverse stakeholder landscape, and ensure transparent execution within a politically sensitive environment.
